From signal to deliverable

Every source feeds one hub — and the Studio turns what you hear into a response you can publish. A post in another language is translated at collection and stored beside the original rather than over it, so quotes keep the words that were actually written and a post we could not translate is reported as a gap instead of passing silently.

The Spoken Half

Clip Library

Listening reads what gets written. Clip Library handles what gets said out loud — every interview, webinar, panel and podcast archived, transcribed with speaker labels, and searchable by the word, with the exact segment one click from your editor’s timeline.

Watch the clip side work

Type a phrase, land on the second it was said, download the clip — then let the library run on its own: followed channels arrive transcribed and AI-tagged every morning, and standing asks flag the moments that matter. Every tab below is clickable.

From Raw Footage to the Exact Clip

Upload a recording to get a searchable transcript with speaker labels. Find a phrase, jump to the moment, and download the clip for your editor.

1

Load video from anywhere

Paste up to 20 links at once — YouTube, Rumble, Facebook, TikTok — or upload video and audio files in batches, up to 5 GB each. Every video is archived, so the clip survives even if the original is taken down.

2

Follow the channels that matter

Follow a competitor’s channel or an industry podcast feed once, and every new video lands in your library transcribed — automatically, every day.

3

Every word, with a name on it

Transcripts arrive with speakers separated and labeled. Name a speaker once and it applies across the video — so you can search not just what was said, but who said it.

4

Search, jump, cut

A phrase search returns every moment it was spoken, across every video you have. Click a result and the player jumps to that second. Mark in and out, and download the segment as an editor-ready MP4.

5

Flag moments automatically

Give the library a standing ask — a contradiction, a competitor claim, a topic — and the AI reviews every new video as it arrives, flagging the moments that match so you see them the same day they air.

6

Build the finished video

Describe the video you want and it assembles from the moments you have saved, narrated in a voice of your choosing. The finished file lands in the library alongside the clips it was cut from, ready to download.

Media Impact Readout

What the Appearance Actually Did

Your founder did the podcast, the panel, the webinar. A Media Impact Readout measures what came out of it — every clip cut from the appearance, who posted it, what the press did with it, and which sources were searched to find out. Every figure is read off the platform itself on a stated date. Nothing is estimated or modelled.

10.9×Clip views vs. the interview
4 of 6Clips cut by someone else
8Press pickups, six outlets
7Channels searched and named
Measured · a public figure on a national podcast

The interview drew 64,603 views. The clips cut from it drew 701,714.

He went on the show to test a message. The moment that travelled was a 75-second aside about somebody else entirely — 480,656 views across two platforms, the single biggest item of the whole appearance. The clip cut on the message he actually came to make did about a seventh of that.

Four of the six clips were posted by channels with no connection to the show. All four were hostile; none were supportive. The largest of them out-drew the interview itself by nearly two to one, and outside cuts kept appearing for two weeks after the tape went up.

Counts read from each platform on one stated date, five months after the appearance

Clips

Every clip, and who cut it

Each clip named and linked, with its platform, the date it went up, its views and reactions, and whether the show cut it or somebody else did.

Attributed, not aggregated

Press

Pickups counted, never scored

Every article named, dated, and linked. Articles carry no likes or shares, so coverage is counted and named rather than given a number it doesn’t have.

Named outlets

Timeline

How long the tail ran

What appeared when — the same-day cut, the hostile one that landed within hours, the press catching up two days later, and the clip still being made two weeks on.

Dated, item by item

Method

Sources searched, including the empty ones

What was run on each channel and what each returned. Ten subreddits on two backends came back with nothing — that is in the readout as a result, not left out as a gap.

Every channel reported

It also says what it cannot count. No podcast platform publishes plays or downloads, and some platforms publish no counts at all — the readout names those items and leaves them uncounted instead of filling the hole with an estimate. What an appearance is worth is decided by which sixty seconds get cut and posted, and that choice is usually made by somebody outside your comms team.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is Social Listening & Clips? +
One product covering both halves of what is being said about you. Social Listening tracks what people write — posts, comments, reviews, and press across fourteen platforms. Clip Library handles what they say out loud — interviews, webinars, panels, and podcasts, transcribed with every speaker labeled and searchable by the word. Both feed the same hub, the same alerts, and the same Studio that drafts your response.
What does it monitor? +
Fourteen social platforms, the review and ratings sites, news and press coverage, and podcasts and video — every source feeding one hub instead of six dashboards. You can bring your own monitoring or use ours; either way everything it collects lands in the Research Vault, where you can store, organize, search, and query it in one place.
How do I hear about a problem before it spreads? +
Listening watches volume and sentiment against your own baseline and alerts you when either one moves. You pick the threshold that fires the alert — volume only, volume plus sentiment, or everything. In the sample session above, a single post is caught, traced back to its origin, and clustered by theme while the mention count is still climbing.
Does it cover review sites, or only social? +
Both. Review Watch tracks your ratings across Google, Yelp, and G2, follows a rating drop back to the specific reviews driving it, and ranks what to answer first — unanswered one-star reviews are usually the highest-leverage fix.
Does it only tell me what happened, or help me respond? +
The Studio drafts the response. From the same signal it produces a public statement plus individual owner replies that name the specific issue rather than pasting one template, and it flags the cases that deserve a direct human call instead of a reply. Ad copy, social posts, press releases, meeting prep, audio briefings, and intelligence reports all come out of the same hub.
What video sources can I load? +
Paste up to 20 links at once from YouTube, Rumble, Facebook, or TikTok, or batch-upload video and audio files up to 5 GB each. You can also follow channels — new videos land in your library already transcribed, checked daily. Everything is archived, so a clip survives even if the original recording is taken down.
How does speaker labeling work? +
Transcripts are diarized — every voice in the room is separated automatically. Name a speaker once and the label applies across the video, so a search can find not just what was said but who said it, and an analyst’s words are never attributed to your CEO.
What do I get when I clip a moment? +
The clip you mark is the MP4 you download — set in and out points on the player and the exact segment exports ready for Premiere, ads, or social. No screen recording, no re-clipping, no watermarks. You can also stop there and let the library build the finished video: describe what you want, and the moments you have saved assemble into one narrated cut you can download.
Can it watch for new moments automatically? +
Yes. Follow a channel once and it is checked every day — new videos arrive already transcribed and speaker-labeled, with tags applied from your library’s shared vocabulary. Give the library a standing ask on top of that — a contradiction, a competitor claim, a topic — and the AI reviews every new video as it arrives, flagging matching moments so you see them the same day they air.
Can I search the archive, or only see live alerts? +
Both, on both halves. Mention Search covers the full text archive — every stored mention, searchable, rankable by reach, and exportable to CSV. On the video side, one phrase search runs across every video you have ever loaded. The Briefing Room turns overnight monitoring into a daily brief: the themes, what changed, and the recommended actions in priority order.
