Track your athletes, coaches, and program across 14 platforms and the press, because a roster is re‑recruited every year. Search press conferences, interviews, and podcasts by word or speaker, with alerts when the conversation changes.
Posts, comments and press across fourteen platforms, with per-athlete feeds and a program-wide view — caught before it becomes a news cycle, and traced back to whatever set it off.
Press conferences, interviews and podcasts — yours and your rivals’ — transcribed with every speaker labeled, so a line said out loud three years ago is as findable as a post.
One real workflow, running live — listening catches the spike, Roster Watch traces it to the accounts driving it, and the Studio drafts the response. Click any card to look inside.
Get one email each morning with changes from overnight monitoring, recommended actions, and links to the supporting evidence.
Every source feeds one hub — and the Studio turns what you hear into a response you can publish.
Store, organize, search, and query all your intelligence in one secure location
Bring your own monitoring or use ours. Social Listening works with any source.
Listening reads what gets written. Clip Library handles what gets said out loud — every press conference, interview and podcast archived, transcribed with speaker labels, and searchable by the word, with the exact segment one click from your editor’s timeline.
Type a phrase, land on the second it was said, download the clip — then let the library run on its own: followed channels arrive transcribed and AI-tagged every morning, and standing asks flag the moments that matter. Every tab below is clickable.
“…and I’ll say it again: nobody on this roster is entering the transfer portal…”
“…three starters hit the transfer portal last spring, and the room noticed…”
“…you have lost four players to the transfer portal in two cycles — walk me through that…”
“…look, the transfer portal has to be on the table this year…”
“…the NIL collective deserves a fair hearing before signing day…”
Upload a recording to get a searchable transcript with speaker labels. Find a phrase, jump to the moment, and download the clip for your editor.
Paste up to 20 links at once — YouTube, Rumble, Facebook, TikTok — or upload video and audio files in batches, up to 5 GB each. Every video is archived, so the clip survives even if the original is taken down.
Follow a rival program’s channel or a conference media feed once, and every new video lands in your library transcribed — automatically, every day.
Transcripts arrive with speakers separated and labeled. Name a speaker once and it applies across the video — so you can search not just what was said, but who said it.
A phrase search returns every moment it was spoken, across every video you have. Click a result and the player jumps to that second. Mark in and out, and download the segment as an editor-ready MP4.
Give the library a standing ask — a contradiction, a rival claim, a topic — and the AI reviews every new video as it arrives, flagging the moments that match so you see them the same day they air.
Describe the video you want and it assembles from the moments you have saved, narrated in a voice of your choosing. The finished file lands in the library alongside the clips it was cut from, ready to download.
Your archive, daily updates, and finished clips.
Every video transcribed, speaker-labeled, and searchable by the word — organized in collections your whole team shares.

Compiled and narrated
Your coach sat down for the podcast, your athlete did the interview. A Media Impact Readout measures what came out of it — every clip cut from the appearance, who posted it, what the press did with it, and which sources were searched to find out. Every figure is read off the platform itself on a stated date. Nothing is estimated or modelled.
He went on the show to test a message. The moment that travelled was a 75-second aside about somebody else entirely — 480,656 views across two platforms, the single biggest item of the whole appearance. The clip cut on the message he actually came to make did about a seventh of that.
Four of the six clips were posted by channels with no connection to the show. All four were hostile; none were supportive. The largest of them out-drew the interview itself by nearly two to one, and outside cuts kept appearing for two weeks after the tape went up.
Counts read from each platform on one stated date, five months after the appearance
Each clip named and linked, with its platform, the date it went up, its views and reactions, and whether the show cut it or somebody else did.
Attributed, not aggregated
Every article named, dated, and linked. Articles carry no likes or shares, so coverage is counted and named rather than given a number it doesn’t have.
Named outlets
What appeared when — the same-day cut, the hostile one that landed within hours, the press catching up two days later, and the clip still being made two weeks on.
Dated, item by item
What was run on each channel and what each returned. Ten subreddits on two backends came back with nothing — that is in the readout as a result, not left out as a gap.
Every channel reported
It also says what it cannot count. No podcast platform publishes plays or downloads, and some platforms publish no counts at all — the readout names those items and leaves them uncounted instead of filling the hole with an estimate. What an appearance is worth is decided by which sixty seconds get cut and posted, and that choice is usually made by somebody outside the program.
